EVA Foam Sheet Purchasing FAQ

This FAQ covers common questions about EVA foam slabs and EVA foam sheets, including supply scope, specifications, MOQ, samples, packaging, and testing requirements. Final specifications are confirmed before production.

What is the range of your products?

expand_more

We are a direct manufacturer of EVA foam slabs and EVA foam sheets, mainly supplying A Black, A White, C Black, and C White base material. The sheets are suitable for downstream slitting, die-cutting, lamination, and punching.

How do you understand the scope of your supply?

expand_more

We mainly supply EVA foam slabs and EVA foam sheets as base material. Customers can cut, laminate, punch, and process the sheets into final products; specifications, applications, and delivery methods are confirmed during the inquiry.

A series and C series products?

expand_more

A Series and C Series distinguish different EVA foam slab and sheet product types. The website currently displays A Black, A White, C Black, C White, and EVA foam slab base material. Thickness, hardness, density, dimensions, color, and packaging are confirmed against the intended use and purchase order.

What applications are EVA foam slabs mainly used for?

expand_more

Common applications include footwear processing, packaging cushioning, sports mat materials, luggage linings, children's floor mats/puzzle mat materials, industrial cushioning pads, automotive linings/floor mat materials, and materials for handmade models/advertising props. The above all refer to the use of the base materials and do not indicate that we produce finished products.

What is the usual custom order process?

expand_more

1. Submit product type, usage, expected quantity, and specification requirements.
2. Communicate thickness, hardness, density, size, color, and packaging.
3. Both parties confirm the order requirements, testing needs, and cost arrangements.
4. The factory carries out mass production of EVA sheets according to orders.
5. Pack according to the order requirements and arrange shipment.

What is your minimum order quantity?

expand_more

Our standard export MOQ is 50 slabs. Selected standard specifications may support trial orders from 10 slabs, subject to specification, color, stock availability, destination and shipping feasibility. Custom colors, hardness levels or sizes may require a higher MOQ.

Can you provide material samples?

expand_more

If the customer needs to check the feel, thickness, hardness, density, or color of the sheet material, they can discuss sample requirements, delivery methods, and related cost arrangements before placing an order.

If the order has special testing requirements, how should it be communicated?

expand_more

Conventional products are produced according to customer parameters. The website does not publish fixed testing commitments. If an order has special testing or documentation requirements, the specific items, test methods, and cost arrangements can be agreed before the order is placed.

What parameters should I provide when requesting a quote for EVA foam slabs?

expand_more

Please provide the purpose, thickness, hardness, density, dimensions, color, quantity, packaging method, and any samples or reference sheets. This information helps us confirm the EVA foam slab specification more quickly.

How should I choose between A series and C series?

expand_more

A Series is more suitable for applications with higher requirements for stability, foam-cell uniformity, and batch consistency. C Series is more suitable for applications with tighter cost-control requirements. The final choice is confirmed against the intended use, budget, and order requirements.

What is the difference between EVA foam slabs and finished pads?

expand_more

An EVA foam slab is a base sheet, not a finished product such as a yoga mat, children's floor mat, or car mat. Customers carry out subsequent cutting, laminating, and die-cutting according to their own processes.

What should I do if I am unsure about the hardness and density?

expand_more

You can first provide the intended use, samples or reference panels, desired texture, estimated quantity, and subsequent processing methods. The factory can then discuss feasible hardness, density, and other specifications.

How is the production lead time confirmed?

expand_more

Lead time is determined by specifications, quantity, color, hardness, and production scheduling. The website does not list a fixed number of days; delivery arrangements are confirmed before the order is placed.

How are payment and logistics arranged?

expand_more

Payment and logistics are determined by order quantity, destination, packaging method, and the confirmed order terms.
